Real estate specialist, Debra Maltz, is committed to providing outstanding service and exceptional results. With a passion for the growth of this great city and especially the revitalization of downtown, Debra’s 30 year history in San Antonio real estate translates into an agent with dedication, knowledge and approachability.

Debra’s personal interest in center city real estate, traditional neighborhoods and especially downtown San Antonio, led her to found Centro Properties in 1978, specializing in leasing, property management and sales. Debra joined the exclusive team of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty as a Broker Associate where she highlights properties that include modern high rise condominiums, desirable historic neighborhoods and living within a mixed use space full of premiere dining, shopping, and the arts. Debra navigates transactions seamlessly through demonstrated market knowledge and strategic negotiation skills.

Recognizing the importance of history and culture in her city, Debra’s commitment can be seen in her involvement with organizations that promote the quality of life in her community. A member of the Board for the Downtown Alliance, she applies her expertise of the area to its popular annual Urban Spaces Tour. As a host for SERVAS, an International peace organization, Debra opens her home to international guests interested in the heritage and culture of San Antonio. As a lover of making San Antonio a better place to live, Debra is an Awesome Foundation Trustee giving people monthly grants to make San Antonio more awesome.

Debra and her husband are also strong patrons of the arts as she sits on the Board of the music group SOLI Ensemble and is a season ticket holder to the Symphony. Together they have also raised two wonderful sons who follow in their parents’ interests for business and culture as one attended undergraduate studies at The Juilliard School and Cornell University where he obtained his Doctorate of Musical Arts and the other son graduated from The University of Texas, Business Honors program and is currently a private wealth financial advisor with Morgan Stanley.
